Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns so please double check your cart before submitting your order!
If you're experiencing problems with your order, please submit a claim via email. Send us an email with your order number in the subject line and explain everything in as much detail as possible. Take photos of the products you've received and their original packaging and attach them to your email. We cannot issue any refunds or submit any claims without photos so please take as many as you can! Once your email is submitted a member from our customer support team will reach out to you asap to help you!
