COVID-19 Shipping Information:

Yes, we're still shipping on time! However, all major shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS) have stated that they are experiencing minor delays due to COVID. That said, please be patient with third party shipping couriers, as we have no control over their shipping speeds. We ship everything based on the expected delivery dates they give us when we process your order. Please contact your shipping courier directly if you have questions about your shipment after you've received your tracking information. 

General Shipping Information

  • All orders placed before 1 pm MST Mon-Fri will be processed that same day. This makes the following day your first 'shipping' day. 
  • For orders placed after 1 pm MST, or over the weekend, please add 1 day for processing. This makes the day after that your first 'shipping' day. 
  • We do not deliver on the weekends. Some shipping carriers will deliver on Saturday's, but we do not guarantee this. Do not count Saturdays or Sundays when calculating your shipping days. 
  • We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your order size and location. If you have a specific address for each of these couriers, please email us immediately after placing your order with these details, with your order number in the subject line.  
  • The shipping options offered at checkout are the only options we have available. Unfortunately, we cannot expedite shipping any faster than what is offered at checkout. 
  • The shipping options you are offered vary depend on your location, the products you ordered, as well as your order size. The best way to get a shipping quote is to select the products you want and fill in your shipping address. You will then get the most accurate shipping prices available for your order. 
  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Please double check your order before purchasing. 
  • We cannot change or update your address in any way after your order is shipped from our facility. If you need to update your address, please contact the appropriate shipping courier with your tracking number and arrange for an address update, or to pickup your order from a local distribution hub.

1. Local In-Store Pick-Ups

Any of our products can be purchased for a local pick-up. We are based out of Orem, UT. Please note that if you select this option, you will receive a message when your order is ready to be picked up. 

- Please allow at least 4 hours from when you place your order for order processing and packaging 
- Our store is open for pick-ups from Monday-Friday from 10am- 3pm MST

2. Standard Shipping (Gender Reveal Products & Color Powder)

All of the general shipping information applies to all of our Gender Reveal Products and Colored powder. 

  • The fastest shipping option is typically USPS (1-3 business days).
  • "Smoke Balls" fall under this category, they are not hazmat products. 
  • Smoke balls must be shipped via ground shipping (3-5 business days) and are not eligible for priority shipping, or expedited shipping. If you order smoke balls as well as gender reveal products or colored powder, your entire order will be shipped via ground shipping. 

3. Hazmat Shipping (Smoke bombs) 

Smoke Bombs Must be shipped via HAZMAT Shipping. They are considered smoke signals by the USDOT and must be packaged and handled in accordance with strict guidelines set by the Department of Transportation. The $30 hazmat fee is in place by USDOT. To try to mediate this, we offer tiered shipping prices on hazmat orders, so you can save money on shipping by purchasing in bulk!

 

Please note that if you purchase smoke bombs from another site that does not require hazmat shipping, this company is operating illegally and unsafely. We strongly suggest ordering smoke bombs with hazmat shipping for not only your safety, but the safety of shipping couriers as well. 

  • For Hazmat products, all of our general shipping policies apply. However, please add 1 extra day for processing when calculating your shipping days at checkout. 
  • All smoke bomb orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. This means that we cannot ship smoke bombs to PO Boxes. We apologize for the inconvenience! If you place an order for smoke bombs with a PO Box, a member from our customer support team will reach out to you requesting a different address. Your order will not be shipped until we receive a valid, updated address. 
  • All smoke bombs must be shipped via ground shipping (3-7 business days). Unfortunately, we cannot expedite shipping in any way, for any reason. 
  • All sales are final. 
  • Upon delivery, someone over the age of 18 must sign for your package. Once your package is shipped, you will be sent tracking information. Please reach out to the appropriate shipping carrier if you need to arrange for a special delivery time, or if you wish to have them hold your package a local distribution hub for you to pick up. 
  • FedEx will attempt to deliver your package 3 times. If they cannot deliver your package after 3 attempts, they will hold it at a local distribution hub from 5-7 days before shipping it back to us. It is your responsibility to track your package and contact FedEx if there are issues with delivery. 
  • If your package gets returned to us for any reason, FedEx will charge us approximately $30 to ship your package both ways. If we receive your order back, you will be refunded for your order total minus $60. If your order total is under $60, you will not receive a refund. It is your responsibility to track your package and contact FedEx if there are any issues with delivery. 
  • If you refuse your package, your order will be ineligible for any sort of refund. Trust us, we don't want this to happen either! Often times when hazmat packages are refused on delivery, FedEx will dispose of the package and charge us a hazmat disposal fee. This fee is almost always more than your order total, so we will not issue any refunds for packages that are refused. 5 Steps to ensure your hazmat shipment is successful 

  1. Triple check your cart and shipping address before submitting your order
  2. Give yourself plenty of time before you need your products (at least 8 business days) 
  3. Track your package diligently once you receive tracking information 
  4. Make sure someone over the age of 18 is at your shipping location when your package is being delivered. Contact the appropriate shipping courier if you need to schedule delivery or pickup.
